CNC Machinist - Experienced
Position Summary
The Experienced CNC Machinist is a full time position reporting to the CNC Group Leader on daylight shift which is typically from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday with overtime options available through extended hours or work on Saturdays.

Essential Functions
- Operation and programming of horizontal and vertical CNC mills and lathes
- Follow technical instructions and interpret blueprints
- Discern quality of parts and materials used in production
- Follow company procedures and directives
- Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerance of finished workpieces, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
- Maintain the tools used to create products
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
- Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials
- Production of metallic and non-metallics parts
- Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed and depth and angle of cut

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Proficient in Blueprint Reading
- Proficient with GD&T
- Proficient with MasterCam Programming Software
- Proficient with Haas and Mazak CNC Machines
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to diagnose issues and problem solve when necessary
- Ability to concentrate on intricate detailed work for long periods of time
- Knowledge of basic algebra, geometry, and trigonometry
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Journeyman Machinist or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good candidates should have some prior vocational/ technical training and skills.
- Three to five years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

- May be required to be in one place for extended periods of time
- Will be required to work with other employees frequently
- May be required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds

Delivery Driver/ General Laborer
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver/General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers while also assisting with general labor tasks on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and the ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions
- Deliveries are daily, no overnight driving.
- Safely and efficiently deliver goods to customers according to established schedules and routes generally within a 50 mile radius.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring products are handled properly.
- Assist shipping & receiving with wrapping and packaging completed orders
- Operation a forklift and overhead crane
- Move products to different locations within the campus
- Ensure delivery vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and operating safely.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports as required.
- Perform general labor duties, including but not limited to cleaning, maintenance, and basic assembly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Able to perform physically demanding work, able to lift up to 60lbs. without restrictions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous delivery or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Wearing of safety glasses and steel toe shoes
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience and/or training
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a PA driver’s license
- Must have a Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC), Form MCSA-5876
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Mechanical Assembler
Position Summary
Assembly of components following a specified set of drawings and/or Supervisor’s instructions. Ability to verify the correct quantities of component parts and quality checking completed items throughout the process. The use of hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures will be necessary.

- Follow technical instructions, interpret basic blueprints and technical terms.

- Test finished products for defects when required.
- Maintain the tools used to create products.
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed to secure a positive outcome

- Knowledge and respect of shop safety
- Knowledge and ability to read basic measuring tools
- Knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to diagnose issues and problem solve when necessary
- Must show initiative and desire to learn

- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
